In his capacity as CEO and Owner of C4 Construction Services, established in 2014, Chad directs a distinguished firm specializing in high-end residential construction throughout Los Angeles.  Renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship, C4 adeptly transforms client visions into bespoke homes, cultivating an exceptional reputation under Chad's leadership.  Since 2008, Chad has collaborated with Everest co-member Chris Prince, initially under the auspices of Prince's CP Construction, fostering a foundation of trust and excellence that continues to influence their ongoing success.

Prior to his endeavors in real estate, Chad donned many hats in the entertainment industry; as a stunt performer, camera operator, editor, voice-over artist, media sales professional, writer, sculptor, set builder, and producer.  It is here that he honed both his creative and technical skills, which have significantly enhanced his construction expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
